honestly, i just work out everyday for about thirty minutes to an hour. it was really hard at first for me to cut back on the unhealthy food but once i got into the hang of it, i just didn’t stop. I also have a motivational background on my computer that keeps me going. Everyday when i wake up i open my computer and its the first thing i see, it keeps me going.
